Unboxing Video Requirement

Reporting Timeline

Faults or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

If you are not satisfied, you may return your watch within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds apply only to the product price and exclude shipping or handling costs.

Condition of Product

Products showing scratches, visible use, or damage do not qualify for return or refund. Such items will be returned to the customer.

Images are compulsory for return requests.

Return Charges

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

For payments made via bank transfer, the refund amount will be automatically credited to the customer’s original account once the return is approved.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash after the return is approved.
